of course! it's like you're comparing love to lust! and both are totally different things!!!
romance = love = is when you really have feelings for someone and deeply care for that person and not just limit yourself to thinking about the sexual pleasures you'd get out of that relationship.
sex = lust = skin-deep ; you have no particular feelings for each other and you're only with that person just to give yourselves pleasure and nothing else
....of course sex could be found in romance, but you can't find romance in sex all the time.
